Project Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction and be skilled in managing timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Coordinate and communicate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing commercial construction projects successfully.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
