This full-time, permanent role offers a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at MSHOP Charnwood CMHT, based at Loughborough Hospital.

Key Responsibilities of a Community Healthcare Assistant

  • Support patients in maintaining their health and well-being, working alongside registered professionals.

  • Work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with nurses, occupational therapists, consultants, and social services.
