What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:
Keep the trains running on time. That means making sure that no task is forgotten, promises are kept, and things keep moving every day;
Lead research efforts to identify potential clients, analyze market trends, and prioritize leads;
Coordinate and oversee preparation for meetings, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the sales cycle, ensuring all aspects of the process align with company goals;
Act as a liaison between the executive and key internal and external stakeholders to advance business development objectives;
Assist in the creation and refinement of strategic presentations and proposals;
Drive follow-up and relationship management initiatives post-meetings to maintain momentum and close deals efficiently;
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and strategic priorities with client needs;
Support the executive in ad hoc tasks that enhance deal flow and decision-making;
The Skills You Bring:
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive them to completion;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities;
3-5 years of experience in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment, with a focus on business development, strategy, or operations;
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
High level of proficiency in CRM software and productivity tools;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset;
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
