About The Role

As a Collection and Delivery Driver (Team Leader), you will be the public face of the business, providing exceptional customer service when meeting customers at their location or on-site. You will work closely with our customer service team to coordinate the daily collection and delivery of customer vehicles, ensuring they are handled with care and returned in excellent condition. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to create a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment. You will also assist with vehicle logistics and on-site parking management as needed.

About you:

You are an experienced and well-organised individual, familiar with scheduling vehicle collections and deliveries. You have strong communication skills and are confident interacting with customers, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively while adhering to company policies and maintaining a high level of safety. Additionally, you take pride in your work, ensuring all vehicle movements are handled with care and efficiency. A clean driving licence and experience in a similar role are essential.
