You Are
UST is searching for a Cloud Engineer who will resolve enterprise trouble tickets within agreed SLA and raise problem tickets for permanent resolution and/or provide mentorship (Hierarchical or Lateral) to junior associates.
The Opportunity
- Update SOP with updated troubleshooting instructions and process changes
- Mentor new team members in understanding customer infrastructure and processes
- Perform analysis for driving incident reduction.
- Escalate high priority incidents to customer and organization stakeholders for quicker resolution.
- Contribute to planning and successful migration of platforms.
- Resolve enterprise trouble tickets within agreed SLA and raise problem tickets for permanent resolution.
- Provide inputs for root cause analysis after major incidents to define preventive and corrective actions.
- What You Need
- Senior Skills: Python, Java for serverless computing – Lambda function, API/API Gateway, Glue jobs, automation
- Nice to Have:
- Containerization – (Nice to have) –
- Experience with Docker(building & deploying)
- Experience with ECS (Configuration & Orchestration)
- Experience with AWS Fargate & AWS Batch a plus
- AWS Security – (Nice to have)
- Using & managing AWS services such as Amazon GuardDuty, AWS CloudWatch, AWS CloudTrail, AWS Firewall Manager, AWS Network Firewall Knowledge – Linux, SRE,AWS
