Clinical Specialist (Hospital Infection Prevention)
Vancouver, BC
Are you passionate about advancing infection prevention in healthcare? Lock Search Group is excited to partner with an innovative organization to find a Clinical Specialist for Vancouver and surrounding areas. In this role, you’ll drive the adoption and utilization of cutting-edge technology across multiple healthcare sites.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily account management across multiple healthcare facilities.
- Conduct key activities such as observation cleans, in-servicing, troubleshooting, and staff training while fostering account champions.
- Ensure optimal account utilization through staff education, regular rounding, and consistent communication with a major Health Authority.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with site leads and key stakeholders at each facility.
- Overseeing implementations, monitoring weekly utilization, and providing on-site support.
- Managing pilots and rollouts at acute and non-acute facilities.
- Supporting ROI data collection to demonstrate the value of solutions.
The experience you bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Hospital Education within the Medical Devices or Infection Prevention sectors, preferably in a clinical or customer specialist role.
- Proven experience driving whole-house practice changes and working with Quality/IP/EVS teams.
- A track record of success in introducing novel technologies.
- Ability to travel across BC.
