Rincon Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is a specialized medical clinic dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of traumatic brain injuries and musculoskeletal conditions. Our multidisciplinary team works closely with each patient, developing personalized, holistic treatment plans that address both visible and underlying injuries. Job Summary:

The Clinical Administrator is a management-level role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic. This position plays a crucial role in optimizing business processes, efficiency, and effectiveness across Office Administration, IT, HR, and Patient Care. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Clinical Administrator ensures that the clinic runs smoothly while maintaining compliance, quality standards, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements goals, policies, procedures, and systems to enhance clinic operations.
  • Designs and executes long-term strategic plans for clinic growth and efficiency.
  • Manages daily clinic operations and ensures smooth workflow across departments.
  • Oversees employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Supervises staff selection, training, and performance management.
  • Coordinates training for new medical equipment and technology.
  • Conducts performance evaluations, merit reviews, and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR.
  • Resolves administrative and operational issues, including facility maintenance, IT, and software management.
  • Ensures compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Collects and analyzes fiscal and statistical data to support business decisions.
  • Works closely with medical staff to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient care.
  • Acts as the primary liaison for external vendors (legal teams, HR, bookkeeping, CFO, business consultants, etc.).
  • Assists the CEO in strategic planning and goal-setting based on patient and operational needs.
  • Reviews contracts for accuracy and compliance.
  • Oversees and manages all aspects of Information Technology (IT) within the organization.
  • Travels 1-2 times per month to oversee operations at satellite locations.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and medical software.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare planning and management.
  • General knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
