Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various databases and systems, including Excel, Smartsheets, and Google Sheets.
- Review and verify documents for completeness and accuracy before entering data.
- Respond to data inquiries and promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain detailed records of tasks performed.
- Generate reports and summaries based on inputted data.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless data exchange and accuracy.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Assist in training new team members on data entry processes and systems.
- Provide additional administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with database management systems is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods while performing data entry tasks.
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds of office supplies and materials.
