About the Role:
As a Cleaner at Powerleague, you’ll be a vital part of the team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the club and creating a safe and pleasant environment for all members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a consistently clean and tidy front-of-house area (reception and bar).
- Perform thorough daily cleaning of the entire club, including pitches, restrooms, changing rooms, reception, kitchen, and bar areas.
- Ensure soap and toilet paper dispensers are always fully stocked for customer use.
- Keep the entrance and car park clean and litter-free at the start of each shift, including emptying bins.
- Complete and update hourly cleaning schedules.
- Understand and comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) when handling customer information.
Customer Service Focus:
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Fulfill reasonable customer requests, prioritizing their comfort, satisfaction, and safety.
- Handle challenging customer situations with empathy and understanding.
- Receive customer feedback calmly, patiently, and politely, and be empowered to resolve customer issues effectively.
