About the job

This role requires experience working within financial services. In particular, experience working for a Wealth Management firm (Broker-Dealer or RIA) is highly preferred.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the company, including the RIA and brokerage businesses
  • Implement and maintain effective systems and processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance accountability across the organization
  • Oversee the marketing director and ensure marketing initiatives are properly tracked, measured, and optimized
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with the company’s network of advisors
  • Support the CEO in strategic planning and execution of the firm’s growth initiatives
  • Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing input and recommendations on major business decisions
  • Support President by creating the systems and processes required to bring them to fruition.
  • Great presenter and trainer to the leadership team and the entire firm
  • Oversee sales teams ensuring they are hitting their marks
  • Becoming an expert in Salesforce to mine the data in a way that is second to none: where they are losing leads? Determine closing ratios, new business service requests, managing brand presence; etc.

Requirements for the Role:

1. Integrator personality / work experience

2. Great leader of people

3. Financial services background with assets under management, insurance or annuities. (Preferably both)

4. Powerful leadership ability to get the team moving towards the goals and objectives

5. High level operations experience partnering with Schwab or Fidelity + Broker-Dealer, ideally

6. Fanatical about problem solving and moves the needle by getting all teams to work together

7. Strong conflict resolution skills

8. Creative problem solver. Comes with solutions just not the problem.
