The ideal candidate for this position will be someone currently located in the Greater Sacramento area and has experience within a professional services industry.
Position Overview:
Dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of the firm. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our financial strategy, managing financial reporting and operational metrics, and forecasting revenue growth while identifying associated risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the firm’s growth objectives, including budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
- Revenue Forecasting: Create and maintain revenue forecasts, identifying opportunities for growth and managing risks associated with financial performance.
- Funding Acquisition: Oversee efforts to secure new funding, assessing financial structures and investment opportunities.
- M&A Management: Evaluate potential acquisitions, conducting financial due diligence and integration planning.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the professional services sector.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with a focus on risk management.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
- Track record of securing funding and managing acquisitions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
