We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial and Operations Officer (CFOO) to join our executive leadership team..

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and implement business operations strategies.

· Optimize internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

· Manage departments such as payroll, A/R,A/P, H/R, and project compliance.

· Ensure cross-functional alignment across the company.

· Set operational performance metrics and track progress.

· Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

· Oversee hiring, training, and employee performance.

· Foster a strong company culture and ensure employee engagement.

· Provide data-driven financial insights to support decision-making.

· Ensure regulatory compliance and internal controls.

· Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.

· Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses.

· Communicate financial performance to Corporate Officers.

· Collaborate with the CEO on business strategies.

· Collaborate with the CEO on business growth and expansion.

Operational Support

  • Partner with heads of departments to optimize production, efficiency, cost management, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track financial health and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor various departments to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement within the finance department.

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to drive long-term strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, including potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.

Financial Management

  • Oversee all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and investment strategies to support operational and strategic goals.
  • Provide accurate financial reports and insights to the executive team, board of directors, and stakeholders.

Risk Management and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.
  • Establish and monitor robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks impacting the organization.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Prior experience in construction management is essential.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Progressive financial leadership experience, including experience as a CFO, COO, or senior executive.
  • Industry experience in construction, pipeline services, or infrastructure sectors is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to lead in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Expertise in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Deep understanding of corporate finance, operations, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
