Role Overview:
We are in search of an Chef de Partie with a strong background in French/Mediterranean & Pan Asian cuisine, someone that can cook with finesse to the highest standards catering for guests, VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities. Ideally the chef MUST have 1* Michelin star experienceor high volume background like 5-star hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Menu Development: Create and design outstanding dishes of the highest quality.
- Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Food and Safety
- Section organization ands “mise en place”
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as Chef de Partie
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior chefs.
- Creativity and high chef skills
- Be able to work under pressure up to the highest standards
- Great personality and leadership
Offered Benefits:
- Salary is negotiable of $50,000 per annum
