We’re looking for a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you’ll prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of quality and presentation. If you have a passion for preparing tasty food and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu.
- Ensure all food is cooked and presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Chef, including roles such as Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Commis Chef.
- Comprehensive understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Effective communication skills and an enthusiasm for food and cooking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and coordinate multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
