Company Overview
Sixty years ago, Sam Walton opened a small mom-and-pop shop that would grow into the world’s largest retailer. Since the very beginning, our mission has remained the same: helping customers save money so they can live better.
Today, we continue to redefine the shopping experience, with our associates playing a key role in shaping the future of retail and making a meaningful impact on millions of lives worldwide.
We are proud to be recognized as a Great Place to Work® Certified (May 2023 – May 2024), one of Disability: IN’s Best Places to Work 2023, and a part of Fast Company’s 100 Best Workplaces for Innovators 2023.
