Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate & Assemble large-scale exhibit environments, executive briefing centers, showrooms, corporate lobbies, and store fixtures.
- Manage Multiple Projects efficiently, ensuring seamless execution.
- Apply Creative Problem-Solving to determine the best fabrication approach for each project.
- Ensure Quality & Accountability in delivering the final exhibit product.
- Meet Project Deadlines by completing work within allocated hours.
- Collaborate with Design & Detailing Teams to align fabrication with project specifications.
- Perform Additional Duties as assigned.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, woodworking, or cabinet-making.
- Expertise in High-End Wood Fabrication related to furniture, cabinetry, and fixture production.
- In-Depth Knowledge of woodworking materials and techniques.
- Strong Organizational & Communication Skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to Work in Warehouse Conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures and moving equipment.
- Physical Stamina to stand for 6-8 hours per day, reach above and below shoulder level, push/pull, kneel, squat, bend/twist, and climb ladders.
- Team-Oriented & Detail-Focused, maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
- Capable of Thriving in a Fast-Paced Environment with strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
