Compensation: $22/hour

Location: Albany, NY

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 5 Shifts/Week (Hybrid)

Responsibilities as the Call Center Customer Service Representative (Hybrid):

  • Customer Support: Manage inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve tickets efficiently, document details accurately, and maintain organized records.
  • Multichannel Communication: Provide timely and courteous responses to calls, emails, and written inquiries.
  • Program Knowledge: Stay informed about program rules and systems to deliver accurate and helpful guidance.
  • Administrative Assistance: Support administrative tasks, such as routing communications and organizing emails.

Qualifications for the Call Center Customer Service Representative (Hybrid):

  • Education: High school diploma required.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of call center customer service experience (Medicaid/Medicare familiarity is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and time management skills (bilingual abilities are a bonus).
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Word, with the ability to manage high call volumes.
