Pay Range: $36 – $38/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-: Strong knowledge of the various Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing etc.), Jira, AHA! and Process Mapping.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
