About This Role
The Brand Success team’s mission is to empower high-potential brands to maximize their success on Faire’s wholesale platform—helping them grow sales and streamline operations. We are looking for a results-driven customer success and account management professional to oversee a portfolio of approximately 200 brands. In this role, you will engage with and coach brands on strategies, programs, products, and events, while also supporting their daily operations. Your success will be measured by your ability to drive brand engagement with Faire’s tools and increase adoption of new products and programs.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with brands regularly through email, phone, and video calls, both at scale and one-on-one.
- Take full ownership of your book of business and the revenue outcomes you are responsible for driving.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
- Drive adoption and continuous usage of Faire Direct through brand sales and marketing initiatives to maximize retailer acquisition.
- Increase customer participation and retention in brand-funded programs like Ads and Insider Partnership.
- Identify growth opportunities and guide brands from strategy to execution.
- Keep brands informed about new product releases and updates.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate customer feedback to help identify blockers and prioritize product development.
- Work cross-functionally with support, product, design, and marketing teams to enhance brand success.
- Utilize data, graphs, and reports to identify insights and take action to exceed goals.
- Demonstrate resourcefulness, urgency, and adaptability to ensure the team’s success.
- Foster an inclusive, motivating, and psychologically safe team culture.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5 years in sales, account management, or business development in a fast-paced environment; familiarity with key sales and data tools (e.g., Salesforce, data visualization software, call recording tools).
- Customer-Centric: Passion for customer success, advocating for small businesses, and helping them thrive.
