Your Role in Driving Innovation
As a key partner to the Product Management leads for our clinical products, you will play a vital role in shaping both long-term and short-term strategic product development plans and roadmaps. Leading a dedicated research workstream, you will identify unmet needs and new opportunities to enhance our offerings.
In collaboration with product and regional teams, you will establish brand positioning, naming, and visual identity for our clinical products, ensuring consistency and impact. Additionally, you will support Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, working closely with competitive intelligence, business development, medical, clinical, and regional teams to strengthen our market presence.
You will also design and implement data and evidence generation plans to support GTM strategies, collaborating across clinical, market access, legal, regulatory, and other functions. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing compelling, competitive claims that meet rigorous testing and approval standards.
Through collaboration with global and regional market research teams, you will lead studies on purchase behaviors and retention drivers, while also coordinating cross-functional efforts to assess competitive landscapes, market dynamics, opportunities, and risks worldwide.
What Sets You Apart
- International Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with markets in Canada, EMEA, or APAC; experience working abroad is a plus.
- Marketing & Product Strategy: Proven experience in product positioning, branding, and launches is essential.
- Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Strong data-driven decision-making skills; experience in strategic planning or business development is a plus.
- Market Access & Payor Dynamics: Solid understanding of reimbursement and tender markets preferred.
- Results-Oriented: A proven track record of achieving KPIs and delivering impactful projects.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong written and verbal presentation skills.
- Leadership in High-Pressure Environments: Experience coordinating 5 to 10 teams in fast-paced, international settings.

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8-12 years of relevant industry experience.
Workplace Flexibility
- Remote: You can work from a home office and are not required to live within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120 km).
- Hybrid: If you do live within commuting distance, you may have the option to work in a hybrid environment.
