About the Team
The Enterprise Ad Sales team collaborates with some of the largest organizations across various industries. Their primary focus is enabling advertising on TikTok and connecting users with brands to drive engagement and results.
About the Role
The Brand Partnerships Manager (BPM) is responsible for achieving revenue targets, cultivating relationships with key enterprise accounts, and helping clients maximize business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success in this role requires strong sales expertise, a strategic partnership with the Client Solutions Manager (CSM), problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead C-suite conversations to drive revenue growth and strengthen strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of the sales process and product offerings to effectively consult clients.
- Oversee the account planning process, aligning brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities.
- Educate clients on best practices and provide updates on TikTok’s advertising products to optimize business outcomes.
- Develop and nurture relationships with advertisers, agencies, and C-level stakeholders.
- Spearhead client education efforts on TikTok’s advertising solutions and industry trends.
- Lead collaboration with external clients and internal teams to drive success.
