About the Role:

The Brand Manager will lead digital engagement marketing for HCPs, developing and managing short and long-term messaging strategies, executing programs, and achieving commercialization and profit objectives. Responsibilities include managing digital engagement tactics, HCP initiatives, cross-functional communication, quarterly planning, digital execution, agency management, market segmentation, research, and budget management.  

What You’ll Work On:

  • Delivery Optimizations: Manage HCP digital marketing execution, including direct marketing, media, and email. Report quarterly on e-commerce, manage content creation, and forecast direct marketing.
  • Messaging Pull-Through & Communication Strategy: Collaborate with consumer marketing teams and lead the HCP communication strategy, messaging, and tactical plan.  
  • Performance & Financial Reporting: Measure activation plan performance, recommend actions to increase HCP recommendations and ROI, and lead forecasts and financial deliverables.
  • Growth-Focused: Identify new market opportunities, optimize communications and media, identify research needs, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Digital First: Lead broader digital projects (website strategy, non-personal HCP strategy, email & SMS execution, media).

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of brand management or marketing experience (healthcare or food & beverage preferred).  
  • 3+ years of leading cross-functional teams.
  • Time and project management skills.
  • Teamwork skills (sales team experience preferred).
  • Strategic thinking and annual activation plan development skills.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.  
  • Understanding of trends and ability to respond to customer needs.  
  • Creativity and ability to produce innovative ideas.
  • Budget management skills.  
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with market research and clinical studies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.  

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA strongly preferred.

Compensation:

$97,300 – $194,700 (may vary by location).
