About the Brand Manager role
As Brand Manager, you will be the recognised brand champion and guest experience expert for Coppa Club. You will be responsible for developing and protecting the identity of all VEL brands, including the development of new brands and refining existing formats. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will ensure all tone of voice and content is consistent and on brand across all digital platforms and any external communication. This role will also be responsible for translating and delivering a distinct brand experience to guests, working with the Head of Marketing to create and implement local events.
What we’re looking for in our Brand Manager

- 5+ years Brand Management experience within premium restaurant brands preferable.
- Someone who enjoys the ‘nitty gritty hands on’ elements of growing a new brand.
- Must be a creative thinker.
- Insight driven decision maker – can balance art with commerce.
- Able to combine quantitative and qualitative date to form strategies and inform decision making.
- Creative and innovative problem solver.
- Strong relationship builder, able to work cross functional and sites as well as influence board level.
- Able to multitask as this role sits across several brands.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results orientated with an impeccable work ethic.
- Good at building relationships.
- Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards with the Marketing team.
