Manager, Brand Communications – A. Lange & Söhne (New York)

Role Overview:

The Manager, Brand Communications is responsible for curating the brand’s positioning in the Americas. This involves designing and implementing media strategies, leading content creation, and developing a brand communication strategy to increase visibility, desirability, and client activation. This role reports to the Marketing & Communications Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Americas media strategy across digital, social, print, and OOH channels.
  • Develop local communication campaigns for product launches, boutique openings, and other initiatives.
  • Maximize brand presence and share of voice.
  • Plan, execute, and measure media plans in collaboration with the media agency.
  • Create, brief, and implement media campaigns.
  • Leverage PR editorial and media relations for integrated marketing strategies.
  • Lead content creation for the Americas, consistent with global campaigns and HQ guidelines.
  • Build strategic paid and owned social media campaigns and coordinate content.
  • Collaborate with the PR manager to maximize communications value.
  • Collaborate with HQ teams to ensure brand consistency and market advocacy.
  • Assist retail partners to maximize brand visibility at POS and in shared media planning.
  • Coordinate Americas regional content on the global website and ensure partner website compliance.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a media manager, brand marketing manager, advertising account executive, or similar; PR/copywriting experience a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree a plus.
  • Expertise in managing marketing campaigns, media planning, multimedia production, and omnichannel marketing.
  • Ability to manage third-party art direction and graphic design.
  • Proven track record in social media activation.
  • Excellent presentation writing skills.

Technical Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, and Word.
  • In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms, especially Instagram.
  • Adobe Creative Suite expertise is a plus.

Work Environment:

Full-time, hybrid office environment. Up to 25% travel.

Compensation:

$115,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with skills and experience).
