Key Responsibilities
H2: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Key Duties
- Inbound Call Management – Handle 40-50 customer and dealer inquiries daily with professionalism.
- Customer Support & Account Assistance – Provide payoff quotes, payment details, and assist with due date and auto-pay changes.
- Processing & Documentation – Complete required paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Team Collaboration – Assist internal teams with workflow improvements and special projects.
Required Qualifications
H3: Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Skills & Experience
- Bilingual (French & English) – Required for seamless customer interactions.
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Finance preferred.
- Customer Service Experience – Experience in a call center, financial services, or a related field is a plus.
