Our client is a well-known investment firm seeking a Benefits & Payroll Specialist to lead these activities for over 400 employees across the US and Europe.

You will take ownership of benefits administration, maintaining records using the benefits system, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will collaborate with the HR team on onboarding new hires and verifying employee information. Additionally, you will ensure payroll is accurate and timely, leading efforts to gather necessary information from the business. As the primary point of contact for employees on payroll matters, you will drive essential communications and provide support as needed.

Our client is looking for a candidate with 8+ years of experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong technical expertise in both benefits and payroll. US and UK payroll experience is required.
