Your Role
As the Benefits, Leaves & Wellness Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our employees by managing comprehensive benefits programs, guiding staff through leave processes, and leading wellness initiatives. Your contributions will help ensure our team feels valued, supported, and empowered to continue delivering exceptional care to our communities.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field—or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
