Thriving Bakery in Lakeland, FL is looking to add a Bakery Manager to their team!
Qualifications:
- Prior leadership experience is a must
- Strong BOH knowledge required
- FOH knowledge is a plus
- Bakery experience is not required but is encouraged
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the daily operations of the bakery.
- Manages staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handles inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing budgets.
- Focuses on customer service, marketing, and sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Responsible for financial management, including tracking sales, managing expenses, and maximizing profits.
