Automation Business Developer | Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
- Expand relationships with major national accounts, strengthening high-level connections.
Sales & Strategy Execution
- Design and implement commercial strategies for selling Automation, Digital, and Electrical solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals, ensuring long-term growth.
Collaboration & Market Insights
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Represent ABB at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Who You Are
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting within the Automation and Technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Automation/Digital solutions market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
- Availability for national and occasional international travel.
- Fluent in Spanish (native preferred) and English.
