About the job

Title: Associate Sales Representative

Company: Independent regional distributor of top of the line Orthopedic Craniomaxillofacial and Thoracic devices.

 

Territory: Northern New Jersey

Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Sales Representatives with day-to-day sales tasks to achieve territory sales goals.
  • Participate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Identify sales opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer service
  • Case coverage can be early morning and on-call for emergency procedures
  • Occasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment events.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years prior experience in sales, with documented top performance accomplishments
  • Must be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency cases
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand product knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales field
  • Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
  • Interest in Orthopedic industry is a plus

 

Compensation:

First year expected total earnings $75k-$90k This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
