Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex problems and projects, evaluating multiple factors to drive informed decision-making.
  • Conduct high-quality research and analysis to track and communicate key product performance metrics.
  • Utilize statistical analysis and data mining to identify historical trends and improve business performance.
  • Identify potential system opportunities or issues and collaborate with Business Technology teams as needed.
  • Take ownership of projects, working independently to deliver impactful results.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze performance scorecards to assess business success.
  • Design and implement scalable data reporting and analysis solutions to meet business needs.
  • Create and automate reports, queries, and dashboards for efficient future use.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on key data insights that influence management decisions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to establish priorities and execute strategic analyses.
  • Identify opportunities and address key business gaps through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
  • Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong background in statistical and business analysis.
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, risk management, actuarial science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in Excel and database querying.
  • Experience with SAS, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL, and SQL Server is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Work Schedule & Compensation

  • Hybrid work model requiring weekly presence in Alpharetta, GA.
  • Salary range: $95,900 – $159,700 (considering experience, skills, education, certifications, and location).
