About the Opportunity

This is a 3-month W2 contract with benefits included! As an Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in driving product marketing initiatives, SKU portfolio management, and sales enablement strategies. Working cross-functionally, you will develop and implement marketing plans, analyze competitive landscapes, and support key brand and budget initiatives. This position is perfect for a detail-oriented marketer eager to expand their experience in brand management.

Key Responsibilities

  • SKU Management: Oversee vetting, creation, and delisting of SKUs based on market performance.

  • Budget Tracking: Manage A&CP budgets, including approvals and financial reporting.

  • Digital Marketing & Promotions: Work with internal and external teams to optimize email marketing, digital incentives (Ibotta/DNC), and social media strategies.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, packaging, and claims teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct territory analysis and leverage Nielsen reporting to guide marketing strategies.

  • Promotional Execution: Ensure coupon activations and other promotional plans align with brand objectives and timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of marketing experience, preferably in consumer goods or a related industry.

  • Project management experience with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract key insights.

  • Working knowledge of SKU management, sales enablement, and budget tracking.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience with shopper marketing or project management.

  • Familiarity with Nielsen reporting and digital marketing platforms.
