Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties may evolve based on business needs, and additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team to develop assets that align with campaign objectives.
- Maintain a consistent cadence of meetings with the Brand, Media, Events, and Shopper Marketing teams to strategize and execute campaign initiatives.
- Work closely with the digital media team, providing updates for strategic geotargeting efforts.
- Partner with the Media Team to oversee commercial production, creative concept development, and commercial photo shoots, ensuring brand identity is upheld.
- Ideate, create, and manage social media content across all platforms while maintaining brand integrity.
- Strategically leverage the Sprout social marketing platform to manage Stella Rosa’s social media content calendar.
- Prepare and maintain monthly content and ad calendars.
- Establish and track KPIs for all organic and paid social media campaigns, analyzing performance to optimize strategies.
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with influencers who align with brand values and initiatives.
- Generate and analyze weekly sales, social, and digital performance reports, providing actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry trends and provide creative recommendations to enhance engagement.
- Deliver monthly recaps on social media performance and KPI results.
- Coordinate and oversee social media shoots, including mood boards, shoot lists, and talent/location coordination.
- Support brand events, ensuring all branding efforts align with the overall strategy.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies remain aligned and progress forward.
- Safeguard and ensure consistency in brand identity for both existing and new brands.
- Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to align on campaign direction and feedback.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, deadlines, and milestones are met.
- Delegate tasks effectively within the team to maintain project momentum.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, lunch-and-learns, and industry events to educate peers on brand identity.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Stella Rosa and Innovation brands, guiding and mentoring the Brand Coordinator and peers.
- Provide ongoing feedback, mentorship, and support to the Brand Coordinator.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with the Brand Team to track campaign progress, address roadblocks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Develop and support brand decks for various business functions, including sales, retail, hospitality, and events.
- Assist with marketing department projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum three years of experience as an Associate Brand Manager or Brand Manager in CPG, Food & Beverage, or Wine & Spirits.
- Experience with paid social media ads and ad management.
- Strong understanding of brand marketing design with an emphasis on brand identity.
- Comfortable with shooting and editing content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Excellent written, verbal, and copywriting communication skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong ability to provide clear feedback and follow up as needed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all business areas and leadership levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to anticipate needs and build relationships.
- Comfortable in both in-person and mobile, interactive environments.
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and unafraid of challenges.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
- High emotional intelligence to navigate complex situations effectively.
- Self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset, able to operate in ambiguous or evolving roles.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Asana, Canva, and relevant reporting systems.
