Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Manage the studio’s daily operations, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Team Management: Lead and support a team of instructors and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and positive workplace culture.
• Client Experience: Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service, from onboarding to ongoing engagement.
• Sales and Growth: Drive studio revenue by promoting class packages, memberships, and private sessions. Identify opportunities to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute campaigns, events, and promotions that align with studio goals.
• KPI Tracking: Monitor and manage studio performance metrics, including client retention, sales targets, and revenue growth.
• Studio Presentation: Oversee studio cleanliness, organization, and presentation to maintain a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve client concerns, operational challenges, and team issues with professionalism and efficiency.
