Key Responsibilities
- Maintain high standards of shop presentation and customer service.
- Oversee window merchandising and visual displays.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of volunteers.
- Process donations efficiently to ensure stock availability.
- Manage compliance, record-keeping, and cash handling.
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with the local community.
What We’re Looking For
- Supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
