Key Responsibilities of an Assistant Registrar
- Maintain and manage student records and databases
- Assist students with schedules, course registration, and academic inquiries
- Collect and report student grades, process surveys, and manage course evaluations
- Issue diplomas, transcripts, and other academic documents
- Provide administrative support to the Registrar and ensure compliance with policies
- Deliver outstanding customer service to students, faculty, and staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred, but not required)
- Fluent in Greek and English with excellent communication skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience in student or customer-facing roles; academic experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask efficiently
- Ability to analyze processes and recommend improvements
