The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough market research and analysis to support our company’s strategic decision-making process. As a Market Research Associate, you will collect and analyze data, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, project schedule management skills, and a passion for understanding consumer behavior and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive market research mainly utilizing company’s consumer research platform, using various methods such as surveys, interviews, product testings, focus groups.
  • Operate and maintain the consumer research platform, ensuring its smooth functioning and optimal utilization.
  • Analyze data to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
  • Generate reports and presentations summarizing research findings and actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize research data effectively to provide recommendations and support strategic decision-making processes.
  • Manage project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery of research outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on market research activities conducted on the platform.
  • Collaborate with platform developers to communicate platform operation experiences, provide feedback, and facilitate maintenance work for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze data resulting from research projects to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research methodologies.
  • Uphold high standards of quality, accuracy, and integrity in all research activities and deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in market research, project management, and platform operation.
  • Familiarity with various research methodologies such as focus group interviews, consumer testing, and surveys.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
