Role Summary
21 Grams is seeking an Art Supervisor to serve as a brand steward and category expert, deeply understanding brand benefits and competitive differentiation. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director and collaborating with Copy partners, the Art Supervisor will oversee all day-to-day design responsibilities for assigned healthcare/pharma-related HCP accounts. The ideal candidate is both strategic and creative, generating innovative ideas and executing them across multiple mediums.
This hybrid role is available at any of our U.S. offices—including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, or San Francisco—or remotely within the U.S., based on team and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead art direction and design for a variety of digital assets, including websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for both branded and unbranded HCP clients.
- Transform scientific information into engaging and memorable messages for HCP campaigns.
- Drive creative strategy and enhance brand personality through innovative campaign ideas.
- Prepare materials for client copy approval, ensuring proper referencing and AMA style annotation with minimal supervision.
- Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, and Developers from concept to digital deployment, while partnering with Account and Strategy teams throughout the process.
- Manage multiple projects independently, sometimes across different brands or industries.
- Potential to mentor and lead junior team members within the Art department.
- Confidently present work to internal teams, including Creative Leads, Account Managers, and Partners.
- Participate in client presentations, articulating creative ideas while aligning them with the overall communication objectives
