My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Agile/Scrum Master with a consultancy background to lead and drive agile processes within our digital product teams. This role requires an individual skilled in fostering communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement to support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator who can navigate complex stakeholder environments and has a proven track record in consultancy, ideally in digital transformation or technology-focused projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) to promote alignment, transparency, and accountability.
- Act as a coach and mentor to product teams, promoting agile values and principles and empowering teams to self-organize.
- Identify and remove impediments to team productivity and advocate for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure business goals are met while maintaining a strong focus on team morale and well-being.
- Track and report on project progress, utilizing key agile metrics and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to agile best practices within the organization and play a key role in scaling agile methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years as an Agile/Scrum Master, with proven experience in digital product delivery.
- Consultancy background, with experience working with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Certification in Agile/Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred.
