About the job

Our client, a NYC based hedge fund is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant/Personal Assistant to support one of their Executives based in Delray Beach, FL. The person in this role will be responsible calendar management, travel coordination, scheduling appointments, including errands,buying gifts and boking personal travel. and various other personal and administrative tasks. Personal Assistant work including errands, buying gifts and booking personal travel.

Position: Administrative Assistant/ Personal Assistant

Location: Delray Beach, Florida

Hours: 9am-5pm (In office 5 days a week – with some flexibility to WFH in the summer)

Salary: 75k-85k Depending on Experience + Bonus Eligible + Full Benefits

Degree: Required

Responsibilities:

-Provide administrative support to Executive

-Scheduling internal and external meetings

-Answering phones, scheduling appointments and various other administrative tasks

-Booking personal travel, buying gifts, running occasional errands and more

-Updating excel spreadsheets

-Managing company credit card

-Assistant with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: –

Bachelor’s Degree required

-1-3 years of administrative experience

-Impeccable attention to detail

-Ability to multitask; highly motivated team player

-Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

-Ability to clearly and effectively communicate information to internal personnel and outside clients verbally and in writing

-Respect for confidentiality -Discretion
