Responsibilities

  • Greets visitors upon entry.
  • Prepares mailings for the office and picks up/drops off mail daily.
  • Answers phone and directs calls.
  • Bulk scanning projects.
  • Uploads files to iChannel.
  • Assembles, changes and mails tax returns.
  • Schedules appointments for clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.

Qualifications

  • Entry level position requiring strong verbal, organizational and assertive interpersonal skills working with a team.
  • Ability and willingness to work overtime during busy season or when requested, including some weekends.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
