Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to executives, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and other logistical tasks.
- Maintain confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
