About the job
At By Lilla we design handmade accessories. We are a small business, women owned, based in North Miami. We are looking to grow our team with an entry level Administrative Assistant at our office in North Miami. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively maintain office organization and assist with daily tasks. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls and replying to clients/customers emails. This will include taking sales orders and closing sales in person and via phone or email. They should also possess a friendly demeanor to effectively interact with office staff and customers. In addition, the ideal candidate is looking for growth and longevity with our brand.
Responsibilities
- Upkeep office organization
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Data Entry, answer calls, reply to emails
- Maintain e-commerce inventory up to date
- Full fill and ship e-commerce orders
- Support the team with daily tasks
- Participate in creative and marketing meetings
- Taking wholesale orders
- Assisting the sales team
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs
- Strong communication skills
- Availability Mon-Fri 9-5pm
- Flexible schedule for possible travel opportunities or events
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment
- Retail or sales experience
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Love of fashion and creativity is a plus!
