About the job
Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the founder with daily office operations and assist in exploring new business opportunities. This dynamic role combines administrative responsibilities with strategic involvement in assessing potential business avenues, making it ideal for a resourceful individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and memos, scheduling appointments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Organize and maintain office systems, files, and records to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other business documentation.
- Oversee office supply inventory and vendor relationships.
- Conduct preliminary research on potential business ventures, partnerships, or investment opportunities.
- Assist in evaluating the feasibility and alignment of new ideas with organizational goals.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with potential partners or stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the founder and internal or external contacts.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on business strategies.
- Process invoices and billing and track payments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
