Our client is a dynamic organization seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide essential support and manage office operations efficiently. They are dedicated to fostering a collaborative and organized work environment.
Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will oversee daily office operations, assist with the development of office procedures, and support the smooth execution of administrative functions. You will play a key role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between departments, staff, and external contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Outlook calendars and scheduling for team members and leadership.
- Coordinate office activities and manage departmental workflow.
- Help design and implement office procedures and policies.
- Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring proper logistics and follow-up.
- Serve as the point of contact for inquiries related to departmental functions and procedures.
- Draft, format, and edit correspondence using various office software tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (minimum of 4 years of applicable experience).
- At least one year of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Experience with Outlook and calendar management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and budget processes is preferred.
