Administrative Coordinator
Are you ready to take your organizational skills to the next level and be part of a dynamic team? We’re hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our Central Operations team and support essential functions that keep our operations running smoothly.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you’ll handle a variety of critical administrative tasks, including:
- Managing time reporting, vacation scheduling, and shift calendars.
- Monitoring and reporting overtime and expenses.
- Supporting training programs through Learning Management Systems.
- Coordinating safety and emergency planning initiatives.
- Maintaining communication channels like SharePoint and distribution lists.
- Assisting with accounts payable, purchase orders, and confidential files.
- Providing admin support to the Joint Health & Safety Committee.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of relevant administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with tools like Workday, EAM, and Microsoft Office Suite.What We Offer:
