Administrative Assistant

This is a contract role for an Administrative Assistant & as a Liaison between Homeowners, Borrowers, & a B2B receptionist to Various Financial Entities. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars, organizing meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling correspondence. This is a hybrid role located in Centrasl Metro Indianapolis, with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office administrator
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • Advanced Education is preferred
