Your Key Responsibilities:
📌 Manage Accounts Receivable Process – Handle invoicing, collections, cash applications, and account reconciliations
📌 Customer Account Management – Monitor outstanding balances and proactively communicate with clients to ensure timely payments
📌 Dispute Resolution – Investigate and resolve discrepancies, chargebacks, and deductions efficiently
📌 Reporting & Analysis – Prepare AR aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and financial summaries for leadership
📌 Process Optimization – Identify and implement improvements to streamline AR processes
📌 Cross-Department Collaboration – Work closely with sales, finance, and operations teams to maintain smooth customer transactions
📌 Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in manufacturing, food & beverage, or consumer goods
✔️ Strong understanding of AR best practices, collections, and invoicing
✔️ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) and proficiency in Excel
✔️ Excellent communication skills – Ability to work with customers and internal teams professionally
✔️ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
