About the job
Direct placement opportunity with our client, a residential construction company. This is an immediate need for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their growing team in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
The day to day responsibilities will include invoice preparation and processing (50-60 invoices/month), tracking and monitoring accounts receivable/collections actions, and vendor credentialing.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– 2+ years construction Accounts Receivable experience
– Ability to be onsite 5 days/week in Gaithersburg, Maryland
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
– Experience with AIA (American Institute of Architects) billing
