The key responsibilities of the Accountant:

  • You will support our ability to make sound decisions based on financial information by overseeing QuickBooks expense entries, processing job close out reports, overseeing business taxes, managing accounts payable and overseeing job costing.
  • You will help our team members be accurately compensated, ensuring they can trust that they will be rewarded for their hard work. You’ll achieve this by managing and administering payroll, tracking commissions and providing employee information to benefits providers.
  • You will project accounting data to show the effects of proposed plans on capital investments, income, cash position, and overall financial condition.
  • You will analyze past and present financial data, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenues, and administrative commitments to impact our ability and pace of growth as an organization, making you an important part of our team.
  • You will analyze financial information detailing assets, liabilities, and capital, prepare the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other reports to summarize an organization’s current and projected financial position.
